Terms and conditions of carriage

Operator
Tickets are sold and transport is provided by Umbrella Travel, s.r.o., Pramenná 3, 148 00 Praha 4 (the operator).

Booking and contract
The contract of carriage is made when the booking is paid.
Until payment we hold the selected seats for 20 minutes, after that they are released. Sales for a departure close 30 minutes before it leaves.

Price and payment
Prices are final and per person. You pay in advance online on the secure page of the payment gateway.
After payment we send the tickets by email, you can also download them from the booking page.

Ticket
A ticket is valid only for the trips and passengers shown on it. Show it to the driver on your phone or printed when boarding.
A shared ticket is valid for the whole group boarding together. A ticket with a name is valid for the named passenger.

Transport
Please be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure, the coach does not wait for late passengers.
Arrival times are approximate and may change with traffic. Luggage rules are set by the operator.

Changes and refunds
Rules for changes and refunds are set by the operator.
If the operator cancels a departure, passengers get the full ticket price back.

Complaints
Please send complaints and questions to info@umbrellatravel.coach. We handle them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

Personal data
We process your name, email and phone only for the transport and for contact about your booking.
You enter card details directly on the payment gateway, they never reach the operator.

Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
